Because everything is Personalized, we don't accept replace or refunds, so make sure you are spelling everything correctly before placing you order. I may have to contact you if I have a question so an email is necessary. 

We recommend placing you order 2 weeks in advance, we can always rush your order for an extra cost just sent a message we will love to help!
